Cleaner Rooms

A room is ready when a guest can walk in and find nothing to criticise. That is our standard.

We clean rooms to a fixed checklist and finish every room with an inspection. Nothing is "nearly clean".

Every room, every time

  • Dust removal from top to bottom, including lamps, frames, headboards and window sills
  • Bathroom detailing: tiles, grout, glass, taps, toilet and drains
  • Fresh linen, made beds and correctly stocked amenities
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, carpets spot-cleaned
  • Mattress and pillow checks
  • Final inspection against the checklist
